John is here in Leeds, not in Preston

I've was working for this cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/teethwhitening.html for three days on the negotiations team, when I received a letter in the mail that read:

Hello. My name is John. I am a student in Preston that's just moved to Leeds for further study and to play in a skiffle band at night. I saw your Student accommodation Leeds advertisements and decided to buy, instead of rent the student pad. Since my Skiffle box has been used for diverse functions, and is now is no more, I am still with pad, here, and not in Preston. Can you help?

I read this letter three times but wasn't clear on what John wanted. So I wrote back and said:

Dear John, thank you for writing to us, but I'm not quite clear on what you want. Do you need help with your pad because of “diverse functions” that may have devalued it? Do you need a new Skiffle box? Do you want to sell your pad for return to Preston? The help I can provide is as follows: I can refer you to someone who can help you fix your pad; Sorry about your box, but we don't specialize in Skiffles; Our sales team can help you sell your pad; And, if you want to rent in Preston, please contact our Preston letting agents branch for Student accommodation Preston.
